Wine with a very intense garnet color, with citrus and floral nuances.
Vibrant and structured on the palate, due to its freshness and rich tannins.
Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC.
Subsequent fermentation in a wine press with a controlled temperature of 24ºC
10% of this batch was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Aged for 12 months in the bottle.
